Senior Analyst Product Management Jobs Vacancy in American Express New York Jobs Details:
- Oversee the development and execution of customer servicing touch points across digital and phone channels
- Create and implement the servicing strategy and for new product features and functionality
- Review customer calls, chats, and complaints to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- Collaborate with Servicing partners to review and resolve customer pain points and escalations
- Lead forums with Legal and Compliance partners to ensure compliant execution of product features, customer experiences, and communications
- Support marketing campaigns, including helping develop and execute strategy, and maintaining our results, image, copy and terms databases to drive efficiency and optimization
- Manage compilation and reporting of product status and monthly scorecard with cross-functional partners and leadership
- Manage the customer research pipeline by coordinating across the team to understand research needs and engagements; support research activities as needed, including attending focus groups
- Oversee budget for team and track usage
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in product / program management welcomed
- Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and demonstrated customer focus
- Proven ability to take a collaborative approach to operate in a fast-paced, quickly changing and matrixed environment
- Detailed oriented, highly organized and proven ability to manage multiple deliverables at a time
- Recognize issues quickly and takes initiative/accountability for getting resolution
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence various business partners
- Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities
- Passion for digital products and technology
- Strong will-to-win with a positive, can do attitude
