Rp. 16 - Rp. 20 per jam

Cure Urgent Care, a locally owned operator of Urgent Care Clinics in New York, fills the gap between spending hours at the emergency room and waiting days to see your family doctor. You can walk into a conveniently located Cure Center 365 days a year, with no appointment necessary, and find board-certified physicians who are ready to treat you with the utmost skill. Our urgent clinic offers extended hours and top-of-the-line equipment, including on-site digital x-ray equipment and comprehensive laboratory services.

We are currently searching for a Front Desk Associate who will work on-site as the face of our Urgent Care Clinic.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Patient-centric personality with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role; urgent care or ER setting preferred
  • Weekend availability, flexibility to work long hours
  • Strong technical skills such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Meditouch; preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers, managed care plans, and EMR experience
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Patience, Enthusiasm & Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • HIPAA understanding
  • Great References

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with 50 patients daily; directing walk-in patient traffic
  • Greeting patients always with a smile to assist in completing paperwork; answering questions and providing respectful and courteous support
  • Entering demographic and insurance information along with scanning documents into the patient’s Electronic Medical Record
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit information
  • Collecting payments and inform patients about insurance benefits
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and prompt manner; directing calls and taking messages
  • Sending patient's records to Primary Care Physician
  • Scheduling appointments for patients and obtaining authorization for diagnostic testing
  • Faxing, filing and other clerical duties as needed
  • Coordinating and prioritizing patient support with Medical Team using a 4-line phone system
  • Always safeguarding and maintaining patient confidentiality by abiding to company policy and HIPAA regulation
