Service Assistant | StatMedix Risk Solutions/LPL Financial

Service Assistant needed to work with Independent Financial Planning Firm in Florham Park, NJ. The candidate must exhibit promptness, consistency and accuracy in responding to clients in securities and insurance industries where regulations and compliance are critical.

Responsibilities include: * Answering incoming calls and directing client inquiries appropriately * Monitoring client accounts on various online systems * Preparing and processing appropriate paperwork to facilitate various client transactions such as new accounts, new investments, and quarterly client mailings * Preparing client correspondence and processing incoming mail * General administrative support within the office.

Required skills: * Attention to detail * Professional demeanor * Ability to multi-task and prioritize * Good oral and written communication skills * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Adaptability to changing priorities and project deadlines

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: * 3-5 years administrative experience is required in securities operations or sales environment. * Prior experience supporting financial advisors preferred. * 1-3 years customer service experience is preferred. * Strong Computer Skills . * Excellent interpersonal skills required

Training on software used will be provided. 20 hrs/wk to start
