Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a core operating group of American Express and has delivered robust growth over the past decade. GCS partners with commercial clients to help them manage travel expenses and make purchases through proprietary payment solutions and expense management tools. The Sr. Analyst of SFDC User Engagement is part of the GCS organization and specifically on the Global Field Enablement (GFE) team. GFE is responsible for developing and implementing best in class Sales/Account Development capabilities and treatments to deliver efficiencies for the Field and ultimately drive incremental charge volume. The Sr. Analyst will work very closely with the Go-To-Market leads and will be responsible for driving Salesforce adoption for the field through innovative communication and training strategies.


Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand the needs of Sales & Account Development users in SFDC, including nuances between regions and/or segments
  • Facilitate instructor-led trainings (phone and/or in-person) as part of monthly enhancement releases
  • Provide coaching to Field leaders on best practices for leveraging Salesforce data in managing pipelines and accelerating performance
  • Partner with the Regional Field Enablement teams to deliver high-impact training, communications, and user engagement on monthly ONE.force enhancements
  • Support development of tailored training content on major enhancements launched by the SFDC team in partnership with other members of our team as well as the Salesforce product team

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills: Possesses strong executive presence, engaging style in front of large audiences, strong written and oral communication skills. Facilitation experience a plus
  • Organized multi-tasker with extreme attention to detail: Track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once successfully. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excel in a complex, fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands
  • Ability to lead and build relationships across cross-functional teams: Experience with partnering and understanding user needs based on customer and field insights
  • Experience in a Sales or Account Development organization, or a deep knowledge of the organization, is preferred
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
