This is a high activity non-closing role with a lot of cold calling and door knocking. Ultimately, the more activity you put out, the more deals will be closed with the help of the senior rep in the territory.

In this role, we are looking for someone who has strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop relationships with customers. A strong track record of sales accomplishments in a capital equipment or B2B sales environment is a requirement. It is important that you are comfortable with high travel and have excellent time management skills to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate sales leads both in person and on the phone (50-100 cold calls per day)
  • Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals
  • Maintain and report accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information
  • Attend company workshops and training centers
  • Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis

Territory:
  • Greater ATL Area
Compensation:
  • Base salary: $50k-$55k
  • Year 1: $100k-$120k overall compensation at quota
  • Uncapped earning potential

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors of Science preferred
  • 2+ years selling capital equipment or B to B
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • Up to 50-75% travel
