Personal Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Sensorium Avr Inc New York Jobs Details:

We are looking for an energetic and positive full-time assistant, who will quickly become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar for Principals as needed
  • Assisting Principals with technology research (Apple products, smart home features, etc)
  • Answering the phone, taking & writingmessages through Asana, google calendar scheduling appointments
  • Reconciling and maintaining credit card statements, organizing and tracking purchase receipts
  • Managing in and outbound calls and correspondence
  • Arranging extensive travel (domestic and international) – includes travel and entertainment reservations, interacting with American Express travel associates
  • Planning and coordinating events with showhome partners – Includes full cycle planning such as following up with partners, managing caterers and vendors, mailing invitations, managing responses, etc.
  • May arrange for maintenance and repairs of cars and other equipments as needed
  • Coordinating activities with staff according to Principal's schedule
  • Handling principals personal shopping and errands – may also include selection of gifts for others
  • Maintaining and organizing contacts database

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate and multitask
  • Tech and social media savvy,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel Formulas, Business Math, Google applications, and Internet Navigation
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to retain information
  • Must be resourceful, flexible, and able to work independently in a high pressure environment
  • Must have previous experience as a personal assistant
  • Must communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and email
  • Must be respectful, honest, loyal and maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must present references
  • College degree required
  • Driver's license required
  • Must be comfortable driving in New York

  • Knowledge of computer networks and infrastructure
  • Understanding of high-end residential work and Lifestyle-Oriented Modern Luxury Homes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Spreadsheets: 4 years (Preferred)
  • personal Assistant: 2 years (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

License:
