Using Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and W3C industry standards to architect, govern and support the development and delivery of Web services.
Solution identification process and architecture review council to govern the proposed project solutions.
Defining web service development standard, patterns and guidelines for the web service development.
Analysis, design and architect web service solutions.
Designing service contracts and schema for the development team.
Prepare and present security definitions and standards for service integration.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
- At least 8 years experience with developing and implementing applications.
Solid understanding of SOA Standards and Governance
Ability to take Business Requirements and create SOA architectures and designs that provide concrete reusable services.
Hands on XML and Web Services experience (SOAP, WSDL, XSD)
Experience with SOAP/XML as well as REST/JSON
Experience with SOA Platform: TIBCO, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), UML
API routines, protocols and tools for building software applications.
Basic knowledge and understanding with Cloud computing, Apigee and Mulesoft.
Experience creating prototype and proof of concepts for new ideas and new technologies.
Experience in analyzing, researching and selecting tools and technology to provide long term compatibility and to increase efficiencies for consumers.
Experience in evaluation of vendor products to include new capabilities.
