Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 level of difficulty and responsibility in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph. Specialized experience is experience at or equivalent to which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience using common office productivity software (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel, etc.) in order to perform a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, filing, scheduling, and receiving calls and/or visitors. Typing requirement: Must type 40 words per minute (WPM) with three (3) or fewer errors. Education Substitution of education for specialized experience is not applicable to this vacancy.
