IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE 7-10 years of relevant experience Collaborative, enjoys working in a small group Good understanding of marketing communications strategies, channel usage, customer journey, marketing funnel, KPIs, and digital marketing trends. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Spend extensive time with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, customers, salespeople, and business leadership) to develop deep insights into product applications, customer use modes, product gaps. From such insights, develop overall marketing strategy and plans to achieve the short and long-term growth goals of the business Working with Agencies, Content Manager, and in-house creative resources, drive development of tactical assets to support these plans, including social media, other online, and print advertising, marketing collateral, email, trade show materials, video, photography, training, etc. Implement and deploy marketing automation. Develop and maintain competitor intelligence and actively participate in strategic planning process. Generate KPI dashboard to show effectivity of such programs Ensure that all deliverables meet corporate brand, legal and regulatory guidelines as well as quality standards; within budget Manage photo and collateral repository to ensure all is up to date and accurate Maintain media calendar and drive activities through team based on deliverables
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related subjects Experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
