The Human Resource Assistant 1 will be responsible for Absence and Attendance Administration specifically serving as Time Advisor for the Bureau of Community Corrections within the Public Safety HR Deliver Center. The Time Administration for the Bureau of Community Corrections consists of approximately 350 plus civil service and non-civil service employees represented by three (3) different labor agreements. This position also will be responsible for Time/Attendance Audit Management reviewing error reports within SAP making the appropriate corrections as applicable based on the employees labor agreement. Incumbent serves as FMLA Liaison coordinating requests between affected employees and the FMLA Specialist.

6. Attend and/or participate in mandatory training and/or testing
- Must meet PA residency requirement
- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements - one year of clerical or other
comparable experience which involved obtaining, providing, and evaluating information in accordance with established standards; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
