Palco Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. is a growing manufacturing company and we are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual.
Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service, including assisting customers with their orders and handling customer complaints. The individual will be supporting an Account Executive by quoting new orders, following up on quotes and answering any customer questions.

Requirements for the Customer Service Position include:
Must be a Team Player with Good Work Ethics
Possess Strong Customer Service Skills
Proven Work History
Excellent Attention to Details
Working Knowledge of PC & Windows
Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task with Efficiency
Professional Phone Manner while Handling Multi-line Phone System.
Creative Problem Solving Skills
Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment with Little Supervision
