We are looking for an experienced and credible sales leader with a record of B2B subscription sales to lead outbound prospecting for the team. The Sales/Business Development role is responsible for growing organizational revenue by identifying, qualifying and closing new business deals - subscriptions, bespoke and sponsored research - with quants, PMs and traders.
The right candidate will have many years of experience selling quantitatively-sophisticated financial research and a large network of potential clients that have a personal or professional in cryptocurrency markets.
The successful candidate will be action-oriented and results-driven and bring inspiration, credibility and commercial awareness to the business. As the first dedicated sales hire, they will have the ability to think long-term yet drive execution tactically and manage the balance between the two. And as an early, strategically-vital hire, their upside compensation will be akin to one of the first ten hires in a tech start up.
Salary range indicative of base. This role is base plus commission.
