Now is a great time to join as a software engineers and be at the center of the action. The role involves replatforming our current platform into distributed microservices and data pipelines, implementing our unique AdTech features and interacting with big data sources and data APIs. Come be a part of working with cutting edge technologies such as: REST, Spark, Kafka, YARN, HDFS, HBase, Phoenix, Presto to name a few.
This is an on-site, full time position located in our San Francisco headquarters, and is open for staff/senior level engineers only.
- Design, build, and test REST micro-services using Java or Scala.
- Build scalable, stable, and efficient data pipelines to collect, manipulate, store, and analyze large datasets and streams.
- Use internal and external APIs to retrieve and update data efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in scrum process
- 3+ years relevant software development experience or a CS equivalent degree.
- Object oriented programming (Java / C++) and system design skills.
- REST API fluency.
- Data driven applications or data pipelines skills.
- Distributed systems knowledge.
- Spark and Scala experience is big plus.
- Hadoop experience is a plus.
This is an on-site, full time salaried position located in our San Francisco world headquarters office.
