Pond is currently seeking Assistant Project Managers to join the Constructors Group, located in our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters facility.
We are looking for energetic, tech savvy and responsive individuals to complement our growth-oriented firm. APM’s work in close coordination with Project Managers helping to ensure the successful completion of projects within the allowed budget and time constraints, while maintaining high quality standards and effective communication with the all team members and project stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in coordinating additional architectural, engineering and drafting support for their projects. This person assists in planning, organizing and managing the project, facilitating the completion and proper distribution of project documentation, including Preconstruction Plans, Take Offs, Contract Documentation, RFI’s, Subcontract Agreements, CPM Schedules, Close Out packages among others.
Good communication skills are essential, in order to conduct develop and maintain good working relationship with customers, regulators, government officials, suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc. Computer skills are a must, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), estimating tools, take off, and scheduling software (P6 and or Microsoft Project). On-site Construction field experience will be a plus.
