Emergency Vehicle Installer Memphis Make Per Hour Jobs Vacancy in Dana Safety Supply Careers Memphis Jobs Details:
The Installer must be able to perform physically demanding tasks that may require accessing confined spaces.
The Installer will perform vehicle outfitting and up-fitting services, which includes the installation and removal of equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Lightbars • Sirens • Speakers • Consoles • Laptop mounts • Push bumpers • LED Lighting • Prisoner cages • Gun racks
Compensation: Pay is per job, so if you're knowledgeable about 12v wiring in vehicles you can make good money. Many technicians make $20per hour and more.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is desired, but not required
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring
- Able to identify electrical circuits
- Experience w/ installation of emergency lighting desired, but not required
- Able to communicate well with others
- Able to work on and see small objects
- Good hearing and color vision
- Be prompt and prepared to work
- Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) is desired, but not required
