Front Desk Receptionist For Massage Chiropractic Clinic Jobs Vacancy in Back And Neck Pain Centers Tukwila Jobs Details:

A multi-speciality integrative healthcare clinic (2 chiropractors, 2 massage therapists, 1 physical therapists, and 1 naturopath/acupuncturist) in the Tukwila/Renton area is interviewing for a full-time front desk receptionist/scheduler to add to our team. This position requires a candidate who thoroughly enjoys working with the public and who will bring strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to the position. Attention to detail is important. We are a busy clinic with a need for additional administrative, reception, and doctor support. Typical responsibilities may include support to the doctor during examinations and taking of health histories, answering phones and scheduling patients, greeting and rooming patients, reviewing patient files for compliance and accuracy, records copying, reading chart notes and charges for accuracy, entering charges and payments, obtaining health insurance benefits and eligibility, entering patient files into an electronic system, and some correspondence and reports. This is a very computer oriented position, so applicants should have strong computer skills. We are looking for a team member who can work Monday through Fridays from 9:15-6:15pm, and some Saturdays 9AM - 12PM. Our goal is to cross train staff members over time, which brings variety to the position, support to coworkers, and the opportunity for growth. We are seeking someone with the desire to learn and advance their skill set in the health field.
