Executive Administrative Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Pepper Personal Assistants Seattle Jobs Details:

HOURS OF WORK: Flexible business hours Monday – Friday, 10-15 hours/week

COMPENSATION: $30 hourly during 60 day trial. Generous monthly salary, post-trial.

START DATE: ASAP after October 8, 2018

The Opportunity

This is an Executive Administrative Assistant position for a fast-growing executive service company in the Seattle metro area.

The main function of this position is to run the day-to-day operations efficiently to help the company grow. The goal of this position is to own and lead the administrative tasks, both business-related and occasionally personal, enabling the CEO to focus on actions related to business development. You will be the CEO’s right hand.

This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and reports directly to the CEO, while also working with members of the team. The position is remote with quarterly team meetings.

The Role

This is an Executive Administrative Assistant position supporting the CEO and team of Executive Personal Assistants. It is a dynamic, growth-centered role with specific tasks:

Day-to-day Operations Management

Complete Invoicing and Payroll every other Monday morning

Onboard new clients and employees

*
Manage company-wide Slack channels, keeping it updated and alerting the CEO to any issues with clients and employees

Help maintain the company culture, mission, vision and values with clients and employees

Set inbound sales appointments with potential clients

*
Maintain CRM

*
Continual process improvement of administrative tasks and documentation via existing Operations Manual

CEO Support & Administration

Manage/organize the CEO’s very active appointment calendar to maximize her efficiency

Evaluate the priority of incoming correspondence and redirect to the team accordingly.

Answer emails when CEO is on vacation. Assist in communications to clients and team members.

Organize meetings, including reservations and catering

Keep Google Drive organized

Preferred Experience

Two years experience as an Online Business Manager, Office Manager, Executive Admin, Executive Personal Admin or similar.
