FOTEP is a fast paced residential program for women and women with their children. We target substance abuse and criminal behaviors to assist female parolees in successfully achieving their heathy life goals and dreams. We do this is a gender responsive and trauma informed manner appreciating the unique needs of our clients. The Child Development Specialist works directly with the clients to provide groups, individual treatment, parenting support and Supervision of Parenting Department. It is a challenging yet rewarding environment where the ability to work both independently and in conjunction with a small close knit team is required.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
