A rapidly growing insurance general agency is looking for the right employee to join our company. Someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and can work together with the rest of the team to achieve company goals. The ideal employee is a person who needs little supervision, can prioritize and multi-task. Ideal applicant has previously worked in the insurance industry;

  • Must be computer savvy and be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access – etc.);
  • Must be proficient in the use of Quickbooks
  • Employee must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; required to draft correspondence and formal documents;
  • Employee must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented;
  • Team player, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, handles a high volume of work
  • Answering incoming phone calls: Take messages and relay to appropriate person;
  • Ability to multitask in busy office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour

Experience:
