Office Assistant Customer Service Representative Jobs Vacancy in Fortress Miami Miami Jobs Details:

Entrepreneurial, industry leader, looking for an Office Assistant who enjoys the administrative work associated with a small office environment. Applicants should be intelligent, flexible and well-poised, with two years’ experience providing office management, general administrative support, basic accounting tasks and customer service.

Requirements:

Prerequisite: 2 years+ Experience; Bachelor’s degree

-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

-Working knowledge of an accounting software

-Bilingual with primary fluent use of the English language

Skills:

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Bubbly, friendly personality

-Phones, Mail and general office skills

-Basic knowledge of simple book-keeping tasks

-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

-Working knowledge of an accounting software

-Must be a critical thinker

-Must take initiative

-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

-Must be able to fulfill tasks in a timely and accurate manner

-Must be able to multi-task and remain on task under interruptions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
